Interior Inspections
interior checks include:
- General Walkthrough: We perform a thorough walkthrough to spot any potential issues.
- Water Damage and Mold: We inspect ceilings, walls, floors, doors, and windows for signs of water damage, mold, or unusual odors.
- Electrical and Plumbing: We check the electric panel for tripped breakers, inspect lighting. We run water and check for leaks under sinks, flush toilets, run water in tubs, and showers.
- Appliances: We check your refrigerator, freezer, and water filter/softener system.
- Temperature Monitoring: We record the temperature and thermostat settings.
- Pest Inspection: We check for any signs of pests.
- Reporting: Any issues found are documented, and digital pictures are sent to you.
Exterior Inspections
Exterior checks cover:
- General Visual Check: We perform a visual inspection of doors, windows, and other entry points to check for signs of forced entry or vandalism.
- Weather Damage: We look for storm and wind damage, inspect the roof from ground level, and check gutters and downspouts.
- Landscaping and Lighting: We inspect the landscaping. Place any mail, newspapers, and packages inside the house. Check lighting and outdoor furnishings for obvious issues.
- Pool and Hot Tub: We visually check the pool and spa for obvious issues.
- Boat Dock: We visually inspect your boat house and dock for any obvious issues.
- Reporting: Any issues found are documented, and digital pictures are sent to you.
personal concierge Services
- Personal Concierge Services: We provide concierge support for home owners including: Pre-Arrival preparation, Grocery pick-up and Stocking, Seasonal Start up and shut down, and dock readiness checks.
- Light Handyman Services: Minor repairs, fixture replacement, Pressure Washing Coordination, Pre-Arrival Home Set-up, Post-Storm minor corrections. We want to help the home owner address those small issues before they become major repairs or claims.
- Key Holder Service: We provide professional key holder services allowing local vendors, contractors, and other service professionals controlled access to your property.
- Vendor Access Coordination: Managing contractors from a distance can be stressful! Our vendor access coordination services include: Timely access, project oversight presence, post-service checks and documentation of work completed.
- Our services, other than Home Watch services, are available at additional cost per service billed at an hourly rate and an additional fee may apply when outside regular business hours. We invoice monthly unless otherwise instructed.
