Meet Dale Snow

Hyco Home Watch started out as a friend helping a friend kind of job and has evolved into a full time,  legitimate business. As a past owner of many different homes over the years, Dale has a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain and care for a home. He saw a need for reliable, professional care for vacation and second homes in this area. Today, he takes pride in providing local knowledge and working with trusted vendors to provide homeowners with peace of mind throughout Person and Caswell Counties -- Treating every home as if it were his own.

Dale and Donna are married and live at Hyco Lake along with their dogs Ridge and Lexa. They love the Lake Life and enjoy sharing it with family and friends.

While security systems and cameras can alert you to some issues, they can't replace a  professional home watch auditor inside your home that can see, hear, feel, and smell issues that those other systems can't detect.  A small issue can become a big, expensive one if left undetected. We take our business seriously and understand the level of trust placed on us to care for your home.
